A newly appointed  Trainer (Rohit) faces continuous unprofessional behavior, intimidation, and obstruction from a colleague (Mr. Rajesh), a non-teaching staff member (role is to maintain the machinery and workshop ) . The situation escalates from lack of cooperation to public humiliation, interference in teaching, coercion, and attempts to manipulate students and records.
